XD Round Table: A candid monthly full-day meeting that gets to the heart of what you, the non-profit executive, needs. Grow your skills, sharpen your mind, improve your approach, work on issues that matter today. Executive Directions is real, Executive Directions is authentic, Executive Directions is intentional.

XD Input: Proven resources build the developmental skills, processes and approaches required for effective leadership. Executive Directions integrates the latest and best leadership thinking from business, the non-profit world and faith communities, using workable ideas to help agencies move forward quickly. There is no pre-set curriculum; the facilitators are highly focussed on the needs and expectations of the group and deliver what you need when you need it.

XD Cohort: Two coaches and fifteen Executive Directors make up each cohort. That cohort stays together for the entire two-year program; creating an environment that fosters strong lasting relationships. You will understand each others’ abilities and challenges. You will learn the unique abilities and struggles of individual leaders and the peculiarities and opportunities in their organizations. As a group, you will support, encourage, challenge and hold each other accountable.

XD Applied: many leadership programs focus on teaching basic and advanced leadership skills; where XD is unique is in the practical application of the learning and the cohort support to integrate the learning into each other’s day-to-day leadership approach. Executive Directions challenges leaders to have fierce conversions, to not shy away from making tough decisions, and to be transformative in their community through fearless action.

XD Face to Face: A quality, one on one meeting with a skilled, experienced Leadership Effectiveness Coach that focuses on the future and zeros in on what actions are needed today. The focus of the coaching sessions is to offer individualized in-depth training and guidance.
