XD Round Table

XD Input
Workshops from and access to proven resources on the developmental skills, processes and approaches identified as needed by members of the XD Cohort.

XD Cohort
A group of a dozen or so colleagues that commit to growing together as people and as leaders over the two year pilot project.

XD Face to Face
A quality, one on one meeting with a skilled, experienced Leadership Effectiveness Coach that focuses on the future and zeros in on what actions are needed today.
